These terms and non-contractual matters arising from use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Subject to those mandatory rules, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver.
